The weeks are flying by!
Next weeks phonics - e-e (ee) with words such as these, even, athlete, ew (oo/yoo) new,stew,few,grew,blew, ie (ee) shield, field, shriek and aw (or) draw, claw,squawk. Tricky words house, mouse, water, want. The class is doing really well with their phonics and we appreciate all the input you are putting into helping them.
Maths next week we will start 2D &3D shapes - so it will be cube, cuboid, sphere, cylinder, sphere, pyramid. We will be sorting shapes to a criteria and looking at their properties.
In PE we are focussing on throwing, bouncing and catching skills, some of the class are finding it quite tricky! If you get chance have a practise at home.
And of course - we will be starting Christmas crafts!
