We have really enjoyed this glorious weather and hope it continues in to the weekend for you enjoy with your family and friends. We have spent time in our garden as well as the EYFS garden and the big playground exploring some different water based play (as you will have seen on Tapestry) The lemon and lime activity was really popular and the children enjoyed pouring the water, moving the water from areas and also smelling the fruity water.

Thank you for sending in sun hats, if you have not yet done so please ensure your child has a hat in school. 

Our two weeks of 'The Wheels on The Bus' has been a really popular Nursery Rhyme as part of our Rhyme Time Foundations for Phonics Sessions. You will have to wait for Tuesday this week to find out which Rhyme will be next! The children have enjoyed some lovely stories this week and spent some time in The Nest (it's nice and cool in there)

Our number songs have been 'Five Little Speckled Frogs' and 'Zoom Zoom' both of which can be accessed on the BBC website.
