Happy Friday everyone. 

Another week has flown by. 

We have been writing questions about the Katie Morag book using what, who, where ,when and using a question mark at the end. Next week we will write a postcard to Granma Mainland from Katie Morag about a new adventure. They have also got all episodes of Katie Morag on CBeebies iplayer - some episodes are based on the original books. 

Phonics next week will be le (apple,), al (total), c (face, space) and ve (give, solve)

Science is all about animals and we will be looking at each group of animals in more details over the term. But on Wednesday we did pop into the playground to observe which birds visit us (when it's quiet!) . We were so surprised to see a friendly robin that came very close to us. Have a look around from your house, out and about or even the car and see if you can spot different types of birds. 

Computing is using the drawing tools on Paintz. We used Mondrian as a starting point and then used the lines, square shape and paint pot fill to create our own versions.
